摘　　要：利用Lyapunov和LMI求解工具,用相对直接的矩阵运算来得到控制器的设计方法,获得一类中立型不确定时滞系统绝对稳定的充分条件.Robust stabilization of a class of linear neutral systems with nonlinear perturbation is discussed in this paper. By using Lyapunov functional method and the method of LMI, we have derived some absolute stability criterions.
