摘  要:采用真空实型铸造工艺制备一种铸渗SiC颗粒和Cr粉的铁基复合材料.在光学显微镜下观察了复合层的显微组织,并且测量了复合层的显微硬度和抗磨性能.结果表明:采用真空实型铸造工艺制备铁基颗粒复合材料是可行的;铁基复合材料有高的硬度和优良的耐磨性能,改善了铁基材料的性能,能够满足材料的耐磨性要求.The expendable pattern casting with dry sand vacuum process is used to manufucture iron matrix SiC and Cr particle composites. Microstructures of the composites layers were analyzed by optical microscope. Microhandness of the composites layers was measured. And the abrasive wear resistance of the composites layers was tested. The results show that it is feasible to use V-EPC process to manufacture iron matrix particle composites. The iron matrix particle composites have high hardness, good abrasive wear resistance. The properties of the matrix materials have been improved obriously. And iron matrix particle composites can satisfy the needs of wear resistances of materials.
