摘　　要：构建和谐编辑部既要争取和谐的外部环境,认真贯彻执行党的路线方针政策,坚持正确的舆论导向,严格遵守法律法规,又要营造和谐的内部环境,培养团队精神,健全激励机制,弘扬编辑道德。A harmonious editorial department could be established not only by striving for an external harmonious environment, carrying out the party＇ s policy conscientiously, maintaining the correct public opinion guide, and abiding by laws and rules, but also by creating a harmonious internal environment, training for spirit of cooperation, improving the stimulus system, and promoting the editor＇s moral values.
