摘　　要：本文阐述了规范医院健康体检工作的六大要素,即:组织结构健全、责任分工明确、规章制度严密、工作流程畅通、检查设备配套和员工队伍完善。从而增强门诊管理效能,不断提高健康体检质量。The article outlines six main elements in standardizing physical examination in hospitals. They are wellestablished organizations, clear responsibility division, strict rules and regulations, smooth work flow, matched equipments and facilities and perfect working personnel. They are useful in strengthening clinic management and continuously upgrading the quality of physical examination,
