摘　　要：概括了高校文库文献收集工作的内容以及当前文库文献收集存在的问题,提出争取领导的支持,变图书馆行为为学校行为;把握时机,拓展收集渠道;设立专项经费,开展有偿征购;提高人员素质,培养敬业精神是加强文库文献收集的主要措施。The paper summarizes the main contents of the literature collection of university and points out the problems in the course of the collection.The author puts forward the main measures of strengthening collection： striving for the support of leaders,transforming library′s action into university′s action,seizing the opportunity and expanding the channels of collection,establishing dedicated funds,developing collection with compensation,enhancing librarians′quality,training their high degree of professionalism.
