摘　　要：随着当代社会生产力的迅速提高和科学技术的迅猛发展,世界各国之间的经济联系日益加深,相互之间的依存度越来越高。对于发展中国家而言,通过国际技术转让,引进国外的先进技术和管理经验,已经成为加快本国经济发展,提高本国科学技术水平的捷径。但在订立国际技术转让合同中的法律适用条款时,如何通过制定恰当的方针策略,使得在处理类似合同时,尽量能够适用对受让方有利的法律,直接关系到受让方的切身利益,必须引起足够重视。With the rapid improvement of nowadays social productivity and scientific technology, the economic connections among the countries all over the world become stronger and stronger, and the degree of their dependence on one another gets higher and higher, It has become the short cut for developing countries to accelerate the development of economy and scientific technology through the import of foreign advanced skill and management experience by international technology transfer, However, when signing the items of legal application in the contracts of international technology transfer, how to use the proper strategies to apply the law items advantageous to the assignee must be a great concern.
