改良Alvarado评分系统在小儿阑尾炎诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨改良Alvarado评分系统在小儿阑尾炎诊断中的应用价值。方法用改良Alvarado评分系统评估我院自2001年6月至2006年6月经手术证实并治疗14岁以下小儿阑尾炎患者共208例,对评分结果与病理诊断进行分析。结果评分分值与病理分级成正相关(r=0.510,P<0.01)。结论提示改良Alvarado评分系统在诊断小儿急性阑尾炎与确定外科手术治疗上有一定价值。Objective To study childhood acute appendicitis. Methods the application of the modified From June 2001 to June 2006, Alvarado scoring system in the data of 208 cases with acute appendicitis received appendectomy were evaluated by modified Alvarado scoring system. And it＇s scoring result and pathological diagnosis were analyzed retrospectively. Results The scores were correlated positively with pathological grades （r=O.510,P〈O.O1）. Conclusion It shows that modified Alvarado scoring system is useful to make the diagnosis and decision for surgical treatment in childhood acute appendicitis.
