点阵式液晶显示模块中T6963C的应用与分析

摘　　要：为了方便地实现点阵式液晶显示,使用了内置T6963C控制芯片的液晶显示模块．采用8155对单片机的并行I/O口扩展和通过对电路的硬件、软件合理设计达到对T6963C显示模块的控制．此外,给出了T6963C正常工作的基本条件以及相关控制程序、程序流程图,并介绍了一种绘画直线的算法,从而更方便地实现了人机对话．In order to realize the liquid crystal display of dot-matrix conveniently, this paper introduces a technique of dot-matrix LCD module based on inter T6963C controller. The T6963C controller is controlled through the expansion of chip 8155 with the SCM＇s parallel I/O and the reasonable design of the electric circuit hardware and software. Furthermore, it puts forward the fundamental and normally operating conditions of LCD, relative program, and programming process diagram, and introduces a method named ＂integer add＂ to account for painting beeline, thus realizing man-machine interaction more conveniently.
