摘　　要：怎样有效地管理好院系级计算机实验室,是许多学校的实验室管理人员共同关心的问题．介绍了计算机实验室存在的主要问题,结合实际经验,提出了完善各种管理规章制度和上机操作规程、采取有效的技术措施和合理的教学管理安排的解决方案．How to effectively manage the computer lab is an issue which lab staff are usually concerned about. This paper points out the main problems in the management of computer labs and provides solutions including perfecting various management regulations and computer operation rules, as well as taking effective technical measures and making reasonable teaching arrangements to solve the problems.
