摘 要:针对磨损失效,本文提出一种寿命预测方法,建立了磨损失效寿命仿真预测的数学模型。基于ADAMS软件进行含操纵摩擦件系统虚拟样机建模,利用动力学仿真获取实际工况下的摩擦件磨损过程的(表面)压力、速度变化规律,采用干摩擦磨损试验获取摩擦副的磨损率与压力、速度之间的函数关系,在MATLAB中编制程序,计算磨损寿命,实现摩擦件的寿命预测。Owing to wear failure, we establish a mathematical model for simulating and predicting the life of rubbing elements and conduct their virtual prototyping modeling using ADAMS software. Through dynamic simulation, we obtain the rubbing elements' law of change in pressure and velocity in their wear process. Dry rubbing and wear experiments produce the functional relationship between the wear rate of rubbing elements and their pressure and velocity. In the environment of MATLAB, we develop programs to calculate and predict their wear life. Finally we explore the accuracy of the simulation and prediction.
