摘　　要：世居中国北方的蒙古族及其他民族适应草原生态环境,创造并发展了以游牧生产方式和生活方式为基础的的草原文化。草原文化是现代文明建设的重要资源。弘扬草原文化,是建设现代生态文明、物质文明、政治文明、精神文明的需要。草原文化蕴含的精神气质是建设现代文明的强大动力。Mongohans and other nationalities, inhabiting North China generation after generation and adapting themselves to the pastureland ecological environment, started and developed the pastureland culture based on nomadic production manner and lifestyle. Pastureland culture is an important source of modem civilization construction. Carrying forward the pastureland culture is the requirement for the construction of modem ecological, material, political and spiritual civilization. The spirit in pastureland culture is a powerful driving force for the construction.
