摘　　要：发展临床重点学科是提升医院核心竞争力的重要措施,本文在宏观上,从发展的观念、战略、措施和管理等四个层面,对加强临床重点学科建设进行探讨,提出了强化“四种意识”、突出长远谋划、强化政策配套、注重宏观统筹等观点。Promoting the development of key clinical subjects was an important measure for the improvement of hospital core competence. The paper made a systematic discussions on the strengthened construction of key clinical subjects in terms of idea, tactic, measure and process management with a microscopic point of view. Some strategies like emphasizing on Four Senses, long -term plan, supporting policies and all -round consideration were put forward.
