摘　　要：本文结合实际分析了军队医院低年资医师的组成特点:①基础理论水平参差不齐;②临床工作经历长短不一;③院前教育背景不尽相同。指出了军队医院低年资医师规范化培训工作中存在的薄弱环节与问题,并结合本单位实际制定了相应的措施。制定培训制度,规范管理模式;加强过程监管,确保培训质量;明确培训目标,坚持因人施训;为医院培养高层次的技术人才打下坚实基础。The author analyzed the characteristics of junior residents in military hospital as the uneven level of medical basic theory, the different clinical experiences and the different educational background and pointed out the weak links and problems in standardized training of junior residents. The countermeasures were proposed as setting up training rules, standardizing management mode, strengthening process supervision, ensuring training quality etc. These measures would lay down a solid foundation for cultivating high - level talents of hospital.
