军队院校开展任职教育必要性分析

摘　　要：第十五次全军院校会议确立了把院校区分为学历教育院校和任职教育院校,本校作为专业技术院校实施任职教育,主要是对地方医科大学毕业入伍的卫生系统干部进行军事医学专业技术培训,以及卫生专业技术干部晋升专业技术职务的任职培训和现职干部的轮训。本文从四个方面阐述了开展任职教育的必要性。Military colleges were divided into two types after the 15th congress of military colleges. One was academic education college, another was post - oriented education college. Our university which was a specialized technical academy also implemented post -oriented education. The contents in our university＇s post -oriented education are mainly aiming at the following three aspects： the military medicine technical training of health system cadres who were enrolled from local medical university＇s graduates, post - oriented education of specialized technical cadres promoting specialized technical position, alternative training of cadres on - the - job. The essay made an analysis on the necessity of development of post - oriented education from four aspects.
