摘 要:通过采用冷态模拟试验,确定了合适的喷吹工艺参数,设计了喷吹镁粒设备在酒钢炼钢厂脱硫站进行了工业试验。试验结果表明:采用喷吹镁粒脱硫工艺,其脱硫率在85%~92%之间,铁水温降10~15℃,镁粒耗量吨铁0.45~0.60kg。镁粒脱硫工艺与其它脱硫工艺相比,具有脱硫效率高、铁水温降小、产生的渣量少、对环境的污染少等特点。On the basis of simulation test, proper parameters of magnesium grain injection technology were determined and an injection device was designed. According to commercial experiments carried out in Steelmaking Plant of Jiuquan Steel, following results were obtained: desulphurization efficiency was 85 %-95 %, hot metal temperature decreased by 10-15℃, magnesium grain consumption was 0. 45-0. 60 kg/t. As compared with other desulphurization technologies, the desulphurization technology using magnesium grain has many advantages, such as higher desulphurization efficiency, less drop of hot metal temperature, less slag and less pollution to the environment, etc.
