摘　　要：武钢第二炼钢厂80 t钢包一直使用单块底吹氩透气砖,经过3个阶段的多年攻关,现在在满足多品种钢生产的前提下,拆除了顶吹氩装置,底吹成功率达到了99.95%以上的水平,满足了生产、工艺及质量控制的要求,实现了全底吹氩生产。In No. 2 Steelmaking Plant of WISCO, 80 t ladle has been lined with single permeable bricks. In order to improve the efficiency of argon bubbling, full bottom argon bubbling operation has been realized in the plant after a long period of tackling key problems. To meet the demand of multi-grades steel production as the prerequisite , the target-hit ratio of converter smelting reached over 99.95 % and the top argon bubbling device has been dismantled.
