摘　　要：为了满足丛林、山地、丘陵、沙漠等特殊地区油气开发的需要,设计了直立无绷绳车装钻机。该钻机吸收了国外先进技术和传统车装、橇装钻机的经验,具备优良的技术性能。与传统的车装钻机相比有以下区别:(1)所使用的运载车不同,传统车装钻机使用的是14×8运载车,该钻机使用的是8×8运载车;(2)所使用的井架不同;(3)传统车装钻机使用的是独立钻台,而该钻机使用的是模块结构。实验表明,该钻机除满足4000m钻井的生产要求外,还具有其他钻机所不能达到的工作可靠性,性能稳定性以及复杂路况下的移运灵活性。In order to meet the demand of oil and gas development in the special regions such as jungle, mountain, hill and desert, an erect truck-mounted rig without guyline is designed. The rig has good technical performance by absorbing foreign advanced technology and the experience of traditional truck-mounted rigs and skid-mounted rigs. Compared with the traditional truck-mounted rig, the new rig differs greatly in that firstly, the trucks are different: the traditional truck is 14×8 type, but the new truck is 8×8 type; secondly, the derricks are different; thirdly, the traditional rig uses independent drill floor, but the new rig uses the modular structure. The experiment shows that besides meeting the task of 4 000 m drilling, the new rig possesses the working reliability, behavior stability and moving flexibility under complex road conditions which other rigs don't own.
