摘　　要：在钻井施工现场,钻杆、套管等石油专用管通常成排摆放在简易管架上,目前大多采用棕绳(或铁丝)捆绑或在管架上插(焊)管子防止其倾斜滑落,但存在固定不牢靠、挡杆容易丢失或管架搬运不便等问题。鉴于此,研制了翻转式安全挡杆,它与钻杆管架配套使用,采用整体焊接结构和内设移轴机构,具备安全实用、操作简便、运输方便及自身防盗等功能,有效地解决了钻杆(套管)供井摆放易滑落伤人的潜在安全隐患,进一步完善了钻井安全保障设施,提高了现场标准化、规范化水平,具有较高的推广应用价值。OCTG (oil country tubular goods) such as drill pipes, casings on drilling site are usually put on simple pipe carriers in rows. In order to prevent them from slipping, ropes (or iron wires) are mostly used to truss up or weld a tube on the pipe carriers at present, but these methods have many shortcomings such as insecure fixing, being easily lost or inconvenient movement. The newly developed tilted safety blocking rods are made up of integral welded construction and internal shifting axle structure, and used with pipe carriers together. It has following advantages such as safe application, easy transportation and guarding against theft by oneself. It can effectively remove the hidden danger such as drill pipes (orcasings) on site easily sliding down and injuring operating personnel, and also improve drilling safety facilities. It has good application value and wide application prospects on drilling site.
