摘 要:以Al(NO3)3.9H2O为原料,NH4HCO3为沉淀剂,结合超声分散与微波干燥等方法,采用化学沉淀法制备了两种不同化学组成的前驱体。通过TEM、XRD、IR、DSC和TG的观察分析,研究了不同前驱体对Al2O3粉体粒度、团聚程度的影响。结果表明,NH4Al(OH)2CO3前驱体经1 100℃煅烧2 h得到的Al2O3粉体性能较好,平均粒径仅为20 nm,粒度均匀,基本没有硬团聚。Combining ultrasonic oscillation and microwave drying methods, precursors with different chemical compositions were prepared by chemical precipitation using Al(NO3)3 as raw material and NH4 HCO3 as precipitant. The influence of the different precursors on the grain size and agglomeration was investigated by TEM, XRD, IR, DSC and TG. Results show that the alumina powder, which was obtained by calcining NH4Al(OH)2CO3 precursor at 1100℃ for 2 hours, had the average particle size of 20 nm, and had no obvious hard agglomeration.
