摘  要:针对SoC总线功能测试时,动态验证技术的测试平台复杂性高、效率较低的问题,提出了基于事务的测试方法。在测试中将引脚级提升到一个指定的较高的抽象层次,降低了测试复杂性;通过定义总线任务和总线功能模型分别作为测试对象SoC总线本身和挂接在总线上的主从设备的抽象描述,提高了测试平台的重用性。建立了基于逻辑仿真动态验证技术的测试平台,设计了总线任务、总线功能模型,并对自主开发的AMBA总线模块进行了测试。Because test platform based on dynamic test is complexity and lower efficiency when the SoC bus is tested, the test method based on transaction is proposed. In the process of test, the abstract level has been promoted from pin-level to an assigned higher level, so test complexity has been reduced. The re-use of test platform has been enhanced through the definition of bus mission which is abstract description of SoC bus and bus function model which is abstract description of master and slaver. The test platform based on logical simulation has been established, and through the test platform, the test of AMBA bus model which was designed by ourselves has been finished.
