造纸毛毯工艺对其滤水性能影响的关联度研究

摘　　要：对造纸毛毯压榨脱水的过程进行了动力学分析,得出了影响滤水性的影响因素。然后选定底网组织、针刺深度和纬纱粗细3个因素对复合造纸毛毯进行了正交实验,对其压缩回弹性、透气性和渗透性进行了测试,得出了各因素水平对上述3个指标的影响趋势及各实验样品性能优劣排序。The dynamic analysis of pressing dehydration of the paper making felt is done to get the main factors affecting the drainability. Then the weave of backing fabric, the needle-punching depth and weft count of the paper making felt are chosen as the factors in the orthogonal test. The compression resilience, the gas permeability and the osmosis of the paper making felt are tested and the order of drainability from the best to the worst as well as the relationship between the processing parameters and properties of the paper making felt has gained.
