边境民族旅游景区治安管理难点与对策研究——以云南西双版纳旅游景区为例

摘　　要：在中国—东盟自由贸易区建设,以及泛珠区域合作的推进和云南旅游二次创业的过程中,西双版纳旅游业蓬勃发展。但是旅游治安管理工作中的一些困难和问题突出。对策:1.严厉整顿和规范旅游市场经济秩序;2.加强教育和监管;3.构建完善、科学的旅游景区(点)治安防控体系;4.实现管理与服务的统一;等。During the process of establishment of China - ASEAN Free Trade Area, as well as the the Pan - Pearl River Sub - region cooperation facilitating and the re -startup of Yunnan tourism, the Xishuangbanna tourism is brimming with vigor.. However, the difficulties emerged apparently towards public orders management. Strategies ： 1 ） To strengthen and standardize the economic orders in tour market severely; 2） To enhance the education and supervision; 3） To establish a perfect and scientific public orders control system on scenic spots; 4） To achieve the target at unification of administration and service, etc.
