头孢米诺治疗急性泌尿生殖系感染的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评估新一代头霉素头孢米诺治疗急性泌尿生殖系感染的疗效和药物安全性。方法对120例急性泌尿生殖系感染（急性膀胱炎、急性前列腺炎和急性肾盂肾炎）患者静脉注射头孢米诺,疗程1周。治疗后评估疗效,计算痊愈率、有效率及细菌的清除率。记录治疗期间药物的各种不良反应,判断药物与不良反应的关系。结果治疗后,痊愈87例（痊愈率72.5%）,显效19例（有效率86.3%）,进步11例,无效3例。共分离出致病菌118株,治疗后细菌清除率为83.1%。发生不良反应5例（5.8%）,均与药物有关。结论头孢米诺是治疗急性泌尿生殖系感染的有效药物之一,细菌清除率高且不良反应较少。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of cefminox sodium in treating acute urinary tract infection. Methods 120 cases administrated intravenously by cefminox sodium for a week with acute urinary tract infection were respectively reviewed. To calculate the percentage of recovery and efficacy and the clear rates of all cultivated harmful bacteria. All unfavorable reactions were recorded and whether there was a relation between them and the drug was evaluated. Results After the administration, there were 87 cases with recovery, 19 with efficacy, 11 with improvement, and 3 without efficacy. 118 sorts of harmful bacteria were cultivated. The clearage of the bacteria was 83.1%. There were 5 cases with a little uncomfortable reaction related to the drug. Conclusion Cefminox sodium may be one of drugs to clear harmful bacteria affecting the urinary tract with high clearage and less undesirable reaction.
