稀土抛光粉颜色的表征及影响因素研究

摘　　要：文章基于R·S·Hunter提出的Lab空间色彩体系建立了稀土抛光材料颜色的定量表示方法。该方法可以明确表示出稀土抛光材料色彩的色相、纯度、明度等色彩特征。并且针对少钕碳酸稀土生产的稀土抛光粉影响颜色变化的几个因素进行了研究,找出了焙烧温度及焙烧时间对抛光粉色度的影响关系,为将来把抛光粉色度参数引入到稀土抛光材料性能评价和控制提供可能。This article puts forward the quantifying way of rare earth polishing powder＇s color, based on R.S.Hunter＇s Lab theory of color space. It can clearly show the degree of color, the pureness and the brightness of rare earth polishing powder＇ s color. The influencing factors of polishing powder＇s color have been studied and the relationships of polishing powder＇s baking conditions and the color have been founded, so that it is possible to use the color parameters to evaluate and control the properties of polishing powder in the future.
