摘　　要：在对影响门型吊小车啃轨的各种因素进行全面观察、测量的基础上,从理论上分析了小车啃轨的原因,并提出了消除水平偏斜啃轨力的具体措施,有效解决了包钢销售公司钢坯库1#门型吊车的小车啃轨故障。Based on the influencing factors observed and measured, this article analyses the reasons of the gnawing tall in theory, and puts forward the practical measures to eliminate the horizontal skew force of the gnawing rall which may effectively solve the trouble that the gate - crane gnawed the orbit in the No. 1 warehouse of the Sale Co. of Baotou Steel Corp.
