沙纳唑注射液长期存放稳定性的研究

摘　　要：目的:了解沙纳唑注射液长期存放稳定性。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对室温避光下存放3年和4年沙纳唑注射液含量进行测定。结果:沙纳唑注射液室温存放3年和4年的含量均在98%以上,有关物质总量低于2%。结论:本研究结果提示沙纳唑在室温条件下避光贮存对沙纳唑含量及有关物质的影响较小。Objective： To study the stability of the sanazole injection after long - term storage. Methods： The contents of the sanazole injection after stored in room temperature for 3 and 4years were measured by High Performance Liquid Chromatography （HPIE） respectively. Results： There were no significant changes in the contents of sanazole in the injections after stored for 3 and 4 years respectively. Conclusion： Sanazole injections were stable after stored in room temperature and protected from light for a long - term period.
