摘　　要：行政抗诉在实践中发挥的作用并不尽如人意,其中重要原因之一是我国现行有关规定对检察机关调查取证范围的规定存在不足。本文拟对这些规定进行检讨,并尝试从理论上对其完善进行一些探索。This article tries to define the concrete scope of its power of investigating evidence in order to offer the theoretical reference for the practice of supervision organs. Meanwhile the author analyses the shortages of our current laws and presents some better ideas in theory.
