摘　　要：欧盟2006年5月17日通过了最新机械指导法令(2006/42/EC),与现行机械指令98/37/EC相比,新指令在适用范围、与其他指导法令的界线、市场监督、安全性零组件、合格评定程序以及基本健康和安全要求等方面都出现了一些新要求和明显的变化。本文研究分析了法令的核心内容,给出了此法令的主要变化,有助于相关部门和企业积极应对新出现的技术壁垒。The EU passed new Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC on May 17,2006. Compared with current Machinery Directive 98/37/EC,the new Machinery Directive has some new requirements and significant changes in some aspects,such as scope,the borderline between the machinery and other directives, market surveillance, safety components, conformity assessment procedure and essential health and safety requirements. This article studies core contents of the Machinery Directive,giving the main changes between 2006/42/EC and 981371 EC,which are helpful for the related departments and enterprises to reply the technical barriers newly appeared.
