腰椎间盘突出症后路椎间盘镜手术临床路径的开发研究

摘　　要：设计出后路椎间盘镜手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床路径,在临床进行实施,与没有实施临床路径的同类患者相对照,通过回顾性研究,比较两组在目标值上的区别。研究发现,通过实施临床路径,可以明显地减少患者住院天数、降低住院费用、提高患者满意度,达到提高工作效率、节约医疗成本的目的,同时也为单病种的定额核算提供了参考。In order to design the clinical route of operative pathway with microendoecopic disectomy through the posterior pathway on lumbar inter-vertebral disc protrusion(LIDP),we reviewed the route treated cases and the no-route treated cases,and compared the target value of the two groups.The study results showed that the route therapy could significantly reduce days in hospital and the hospital expenses,improve patient satisfaction,suggesting that operative pathway with microendoscopic disectomy through the posterior pathway on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion has a good effect on improving work efficiency,saving medical total cost,provide a basis for quota checking for single disease,
