摘　　要：低张静脉肾盂造影是国内近几年来开展的一项新的检查方法,为观察其确切的效果,作者采用X线电视监视造影的全过程,并选择适当时机点片。本组272例成功率达93.3%。证实了3～20min内为摄片最佳时间,为无电视设备施行低张法提供了依据。并就传统的压迫法与低张法之优缺点进行了讨论,认为后者具有适应范围广,安全,效果好,颇值得推广。Hypotonic intravenous pyelography is a newly - developed method of examination recent years in our country.In order to observe its pricise results, we kept watch on the complete picture of the radiography through x-ray television and chose an opportune moment to shoot a point image.The 272 cases in this this group had a success rate of 93.3%.It has been confirmed that the best time foy us to take a photograph was within 3-20 minutes.This provided a basis for the execution hypotontania without television equipment. After having a discussion on the strong and weak points of the traditional constriction and hypotonia, we thought the latter is welt worth spreading because of its good and safe results.
