摘　　要：介绍了低压断路器国际标准IEC60947-22003年第三版标准正文的主要修改情况,与GB14048.2-2001标准对照,在参考标准中增加了11个标准,在名词术语中增加了“复位时间”,并在试验程序中作了详尽的规定和说明。在介电性能试验中增加了冲击耐压试验要求,这就要求制造商对断路器要提供冲击耐压U_(imp)。阐明了对出厂试验的试验要求。指出了对附录A和附录K的修改之处。Introduction was made to the main amendments to low-voltage circuit breaker international standard IEC 60947-2 the third edition 2003 standard text, in comparison with GB 14048.2-2001 standard, 11 standards are added to reference standard, and in technical terms, ＂reseting time＂ is added, and detailed regulations and description are made in test programs. In dielectric performance test, there is added with requirements for impulse withstanding voltage test, that is to require the manufacturers to provide impulse withstanding voltage Uimp for circuit breakers. Routine tests＇ test requirements are described. Amendments to Appendix A and Appendix K are pointed out.
