摘 要:目的探讨相控阵心腔内超声显示冠脉血流的可行性。方法14只犬经股静脉置入心腔内超声导管,探查冠脉起始段、心外膜及心肌内冠状动脉(冠脉)血流频谱。结果分别有14、10、14、6只犬获得左主干、左前降支、左回旋支、右冠起始段血流频谱。5只犬中分别有3只、3只获得心外膜、心肌内血流频谱。结论相控阵心腔内超声可用于冠脉血流的检测。Objective To test the feasibility of phased-array intracardiac echocardiography in detecting coronary blood flow. Methods Fourteen clogs were sedated and ultrasound imaging catheter was introduced into the right heart chamber. Blood flow signals were acquired from epicardial and intramyocadial coronary arteries. Results The number of dogs that bad good images of left main artery, left anterior descending, left circumflex and right coronary arteries were 14, 10, 14 and 6 respectively. In 5 dogs, 3 bad good epicardial arterial flow images and 3 bad good pulsed Doppler spectra of intramyocardial blood flow. Conclusions Phased array intracardiac ecbocardiograpby may be beneficial for detecting coronary blood flow.
