摘  要:目的应用彩色多普勒超声研究糖尿病患者肱动脉血流动力学的影响因素。方法分别测量54例糖尿病患者血糖水平、肱动脉内-中膜厚度、舌下含服硝酸甘油前后肱动脉的收缩期峰值血流速度(PSV)、舒张期末期血流速度(EDV)、阻力指数(RI)和搏动指数(PI)数值,并分析它们之间的相关性。结果肱动脉内-中膜厚度(0.3±0.03)mm,空腹血糖(6.7±1.3)mmol/L。舌下含硝酸甘油后,肱动脉PSV、EDV降低(P分别为0.007、0.017),RI、PI增大(P分别为0.041、0.003)。舌下含硝酸甘油后,肱动脉血流参数的变化与肱动脉内中膜厚度、空腹血糖水平之间没有相关性(P值均大于0.05)。结论舌下含服硝酸甘油会引起肱动脉血流动力学参数变化,具体变化量与糖尿病患者的空腹血糖水平、肱动脉内-中膜厚度无关。Objective To study the factors which affected hemodynamic variables of the right brachial artery in diabetic patients using color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) . Methods Fifty-four patients with diabetes were studied. Blood glucose and right brachial artery intima-media thickness (IMT) were measured. Hemodynamic variables of the right brachial artery were measured on CDFI before and after nitroglycerin administration. Peak systolic velocity (PSV), end diastolic velocity (EDV), resistance index (R]), pulsatility index (PI) were measured andanalyzed. Results Fasting blood glucose was 6.7 ± 1.3retool/L, IMT of right brachial artery was 0.3±0. 03 ram. After nitroglycerin administration, PSV and EDV were lower than before (P=0. 007 and 0. 017, respectively). RI and PI were higher than before (P=0. 041 and 0. 003, respectively) . After nitroglycerin was sucked, there was no relationship between IMT, fasting blood glucose and hemoclynamic variables of the brachial artery (all P〉 0. 05 ). Conclusions Hemodynamic variables of diabetic patients ' brachial arteries were influenced by nitroglycerin. There were no relationships among IMT, fasting blood glucose and hemodynamie variables of diabetic patients' brachial artery.
