摘　　要：目的观察膜诱导再生技术(GTR)和植入羟基磷灰石(HA)对根尖周病的治疗效果。方法随机将需要治疗的根尖周病患牙分为A、B两组。A组为根尖切除术,B组在根尖切除术后植入HA并覆盖GTR。常规X线检查,观察术后6个月、1年的患牙疗效。结果术后6个月、1年的结果显示,B组有效率远高于A组。结论GTR+HA联合治疗将提高牙根尖周病的疗效。Objective To observe curative effects of combined use of guided tissue regeneration （GTR） and hydroxyapatite （HA） on bone loss in apical zone. Methods 35 teeth were which needed apectomy divided into into group A （treated with apectomy） and group B （treated with GTR and HA following apectomy） randomly： X-ray and clinical examination were performed to compare the effects of the two groups 6 months and one year after treatment. Results The curative effect of group B was higher than that of group A. Conclusion The combined use of GTR and HA can improve the curative effects of disease of periapical.
