摘  要:为寻找抗生素的安全替代品,研究果聚糖和甘露寡糖对水貂冬毛生长期肠道菌群的影响。选择日龄、体重、性别、胎次相同的冬毛生长期水貂32只,随机分为8组,每组4只,分别为对照组(饲喂基础日粮);在基础日粮的基础上添加0.67%的兽用土霉素组;试验组在基础日粮的基础上分别添加0.25%、0.5%、1%的果聚糖和0.25%、0.5%、1%的甘露寡糖。试验结果表明,添加0.25%、0.5%、1%果聚糖和甘露寡糖均有抑制水貂肠道大肠杆菌,促进乳酸杆菌增殖的作用,效果显著(P<0.05),可以作为抗生素的替代品用于水貂生产。In order to find safe alternatives for anti-biotics used in animal feed, effect of fructose oligosaccharide and manna oligosaccharide on performance of weaning mink and on micro flora in the intestine of winter coat exchanging mink was investigated. The experiment was conducted in Jinzhou Mink Farm from late November to the end of defuring season. Thirty two minks, with similar age and live weight, were randomly divided into 8 groups with 4 animals in each group. One group of animals was fed basal diet (Control); another group of animals was fed basal diet supplemented with 0.67% Oxytetracycline. The other experimental groups of animals were fed basal diet either supplemented with 0.25, 0.5 and 1.0 % fructose oligosaccharide, or 0.25, 0.5 and 1.0 % manna oligosaccharide, respectively. The results showed that supplementation of fructose oligosaccharide and manna oligosaccharide to mink feed could significantly prohibited E. Coliand promote Lactobacillus proliferation ( P 〈 0.05). In conclusion, oligosaccharide is effective in increasing nutrients' digestibility and animals' performance, prohibiting E. Coli and promoting Lactobacillus proliferation, suggesting that it is a ideal alternative for anitibiotics.
