摘  要:分别用0、1%、2%、3%和4%NaCl盐溶液处理梭梭幼苗12h.测定体内SOD、CAT和POD活性,MDA和蛋白质含量,电导率.结果表明:梭梭幼苗在适当的NaCl胁迫下,体内能维持较高的保护酶活性;较低的膜脂过氧化作用和细胞膜透性.说明梭梭具有较强的耐盐性.Sacsaoul ( Haloxylon ammodendzon Bge.) seedlings were grown in flowerpot containning fine sand.At 4 to 5 cm height stage,the seedlings were treated with NaCl Solutions at different concentrations (0,1%,2%,3% and 4%).Under 3% NaCl solutions,the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) (Table 1) were found to kept at highter levels.The increases of NaCl concentrations were accompanied by increases of catalase (CAT) (Table 1),and decreases of peroxidase (POD) (Fig.1) activities.Malondialdehyde (MDA),substance toxic to the membrane,and electrolytic leakage (Table 2) were mainained at the low levels.Under 3% NaCl concentrations,the higher levels of protective enzymes such as SOD and CAT were able to remove superoxide and H 2O 2,respectively,and eventually protected the integrily of plasmamembrane.There evidences showed the sacsaoul seedlings have a powerful ability to adapt to NaCl stress.
