摘 要:目的研究Decapty1/HMG/HCG促超排卵对胞饮突发育的影响,探讨该方案高获卵率而低妊娠率的原因,为临床改善促排卵方案,提高IVF-ET的妊娠率提供理论依据。方法将雌性昆明小白鼠分为NC组和COH组,用扫描电镜(SEM)观察两组小白鼠pd1-pd6胞饮突的发育。结果两组鼠胞饮突发展模式均为发育中、完全发育和退化。NC组胞饮突在pd4评分最高(P(0.01),COH组胞饮突评分在pd3最高(P(0.01)。结论Decapty1/HMG/HCG促超排卵使种植窗提前开放,与胚胎着床不同步,这可能是影响IVF-ET妊娠率的原因。Objective: To study on the effect of long protocol controlled ovarian hyperstimulation by Decaptyl/HMG/HCG on the pinopode growth, determine the cause of higher rates of getting oocytes but lower pregnancy rates by this protocol, provide some themry proofs for ameliorat stimulation protocol, improve the rates of pregnancy in IVF - ET. Methods: 48 cases 8 weeks KM mites were randomly divided into NC group and COH group. Pinopode growth were determined by scanning electrom microscopy (SEM) from pdl to pd6 in two group. Results : In NC group and COH group, the pattern of pinopode growth were developing pinopode, fully developed pinopode and regressing pinopode. In NC group, the peak of pinopode score was on pd4 ( P 〈 0. 01 ) ; In COH group, the surge of pinopode score was on pd3 ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion : Controlled ovarian hyperstimulation by Decaptyl/HMG/HCG may lead to implantation window to open in advance, embryo - endometrial asynchrony, decline the endometrial receptivity. This may be an important factor in influencing pregnancy rate in vitro fertilization.
