肿胀麻醉吸脂塑身术对高龄肥胖者的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨适合于高龄人群的安全简便、恢复快的减肥塑身方法。方法:对400例高龄妇女采用肿胀麻醉吸脂塑身术进行治疗,并对其身体局部解剖、心理状态,以及手术方法与并发症、远期疗效等进行研究分析。术中选取隐蔽切口,在抽吸脂肪层中注入含有2%利多卡因、1%肾上腺素和生理盐水的肿胀液。双手配合、分层、扇形、隧道式抽吸。结果:肿胀麻醉吸脂塑身术对高龄人群瘦体减肥效果满意,体重减轻3.5～5kg,腹围减少4～18cm,腰围减少5～8cm,臀围减少6～16cm,体形变美、无反弹。同时血脂、胆固醇比术前都降低1～2mmol/L。结论:该手术方法适用于55～70岁的高龄人群,不仅简便、安全,体形重塑效果好,而且还有益于健康,值得推荐。Objective To explore a suitable method of the elder for decrease fat and improve bodily form. Which is safe, easy, simple and recover fast. Methods We have treated elderly women of 400 cases using liposuction, researched and analised the local anatomy, psychological activity, operative technique, complication, short or long term therapeutic effects. In the operation, we chose the hidden incision, injected the tumescent anesthesia with 2% lidocaine, 1% adrenaline hydrochloride and sodium chloride into fat layer, two hands cooperate, perform liposuction in different layer emit shape turnel palter. Results Liposuction of tumescent anesthesia have sutisefactory effect for bodily molding and lost obesity of elderly, weight veducted 3.5-5kg, the abdominal length decreased 4-18cm, lumbar decreased 5-8cm, buttocks decreased 6-16cm, bodily form molding and there was no recurrente Blood fat, cholesteatuma were lower than that of prevenient operation 1-2mmol/L. Conclusion This operative method was applicated on 55-70 years elderly. It was only simple salty effective technique of lipoplasty, but also increasel health, it should be recommended.
