碱性磷酸酶法显示大鼠几种脏器微血管的观察

摘　　要：利用组化碱性磷酸酶法显示大鼠脑、肝、肾和小肠的微血管并在光镜下进行观察。碱性磷酸酶在上述不同脏器表现出不同的活性，脑、小肠的血管和肝的较大血管，呈较强的阳性反应，肾血管呈阴性。结果表明。With light microscope,the microvessels of brain,liver,kidney and small intestine were observed by alkaline phosphatase method.Alkaline phosphatase was showed different activity in each organ.The microvessels of brain and small intestine and bigger vessel of liver were positive. The vessel of kidney was negative.The results showed that there were obvious differences between microvessels of each every organ by alkaline phosphatase method.
