摘　　要：蛋白质组学是整体、动态、定量地研究蛋白质组成、功能和相互关系的一门新兴学科,蛋白质组学的技术路线包括样品的制备、分离、蛋白质的鉴定和生物信息的分析。目前蛋白质组学技术在围产医学领域的研究主要侧重于疾病的发生机制、早期诊断及寻找疾病的生物标志物。该文就其在该领域中的研究进展作以综述。Proteomics is a newly emerging science, which studies structure, function and interactions of proteins generally, dynamically and quantitatively. The technology includes sample preparation and separation, identification of protein and analysis of bioinformation. At present, the research on proteomics in field of perinatology emphasizes on mechanism, early diagnosis and searching for biomarkers of the perinatal diseases. In this article, we summarized progress in research on proteomics in perinatology.
