摘　　要：目的观察TPN在重症胰腺炎术后的临床应用。方法就我院30例重症胰腺炎术后进行TPN治疗。结果TPN应用在纠正机体负氮平衡,增强抵抗力加速胃肠道恢复有积极作用。Objective To observe the clinical application of total parenteral nutrition（TPN） in severe pancreatitis. Methods 30 cases of severe pancreatitis patient were treated with- TPN. Results There was active action in negative nitrogen balance corrected and the resistance improved to increase recovery of gastro - intestinal function. Conclusion There should be necessary with treatment of TPN in severe pancreatitis.
