摘 要:以城市自来水为原水,采用反渗透/电去离子(RO/EDI)集成膜过程,结合超滤(UF)、微滤(MF)、活性炭、KDF合金滤料、阳树脂软化等净化工艺,先后组成了三种不同的集成工艺流程制备实验室纯水,并进行了性能对比评价。研究表明:采用“UF/MF-RO-软化-EDI”的工艺流程,操作简便,过程稳定,产水电阻率15.0±2.0MΩ·cm,能够满足实验室纯水水质标准的需求。The integrated membrane processes of reverse osmosis post electrodeionization (RO/EDI) combined with ultrafiltration (UF), microfilrtaion (MF), active carbon, KDF alloy filter and cation exchange resin for laboratory pure water production were studied. Three different combinations of technologic flow were setup, of which the performance were contrasted and evaluated. It has been indicated that the "UF/MF-RO-Resin Softening-EDI" integrated membrane process has great advantages such as convenient operation, highly stabilization and no chemical consumption. The product resistivity is 15.0±2.0 MΩ·cm, which can meet the standard of pure water for laboratory.
