摘 要:研究繁茂膜海绵(Hymeniacidon perleve)滤食近海养殖水体中病原体细菌。海绵处理海水24 h后,海水中总大肠菌群、弧菌和总细菌分别比初始数量降低55.1%~91.3%、55.7%~96.3%和25.2%~95.1%。海绵滤食总大肠菌群、弧菌和总细菌速率分别在4.4~105.6/(h.g)、1.7×104~3.8×104/(h.g)和2.0×106~48.8×106/(h.g),且滤食速率随细菌初始数量的加大而增加。当初始细菌总数在55×104~250×104/mL范围内,海绵滤食细菌的速率与细菌初始数量成线性正相关,其斜率为0.22。The pathogenic bacteria in the aquaculture water were filtered by marine sponge Hymeniacidon perleve. After the marine sponge processed the water for 24 h, concentration of Escherichia coli,Vibrio and total bacteria were 55.1% - 91.3% ,55.7% - 96.3% and 25.2% -95.1%, respectively, and lower than initial concentration. The retention rate of the marine sponge on E. coli, Vibrio and total bacteria were within 4.4 - 105.6/( h · g) ,1.7 × 10^4 - 3.8 × 10^4/( h · g) and 2.0 × 10^6 - 48.8 × 10^6/( h · g), respectively. The retention rate was also increased with the initial concentration increased. When the initial concentration of total bacteria were within 55 × 10^4 - 250 × 10^4/mL, the retention rate and initial concentration of total bacteria is the linear relationship with the slope about 0. 22.
