中药足浴改善糖尿病周围神经病变症状的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药足浴疗法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果。方法糖尿病患者在控制血糖（药物及饮食控制）的基础上，采用中药足浴疗法进行效果比较。结果中药足浴疗法可有效缓解患者肢体麻木、灼热、刺痛、发冷等症状；两组采用密歇根神经病变筛选法比较，试验组总有效率为80％，明显高于对照组；双侧下肢振动感觉闻值检查显示治疗前、后试验组较对照组症状明显改善（P〈0．001）。结论中药足浴疗法能改善糖尿病患者周围神经病变症状和体症。Objective To observe effectiveness of foot bathing treatment with Traditional Chinese Medicine for diabetic peripheral nerve affection. Method Based on diabetic patients treated with drugs and dietetic control, at same time measure of foot bathing with Traditional Chinese Drug （TCD） was used respectively to compare the efficiency. Results Treatment of foot bathing with TCD was effective in alleviate patients＇ symptom such as numbness of member,scorching hot,twinge, frigidity etc; two groups were compared with Michigan neuropathy screening instrument （MNSI）, total efficiency of test group was 80%, it was obviously higher than 10% in control group, both sides variation perception threshold （VPT） were showed obviously improvement before and after treatment （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion TCD foot bathing treatment is useful to improve sign and symptom of peripheral nerve affection of patients with diabetes mellitus （DM）.
