改良隐匿阴茎矫形术

摘　　要：目的探讨隐匿阴茎手术治疗方法。方法采用包皮外口环行切开、腹侧皮肤背侧转移、阴茎皮下潜行分离、外翻显露并固定阴茎皮肤真皮层至阴茎白膜上的手术方法治疗隐匿阴茎9例。结果术后阴茎显露良好,外观满意,包皮不水肿或水肿较轻。结论该术式操作简单,成形后的阴茎外观满意,皮下缝合内固定效果可靠,是一种理想的隐匿阴茎成形新术式。Objective To study the best orthopedic treatment of concealed penis. Methods We peritomized the foreskin along the outlet-line, dissociated the seapus penis from the foreskin, everts foreskin to expose the seapus penis and subcuticular sutures it to tunica albuginea. Results We performed this operation on 9 patients. After the operation, penis exposes well with satisfactory shape. Foreskin isn＇t edematous or just a little. Conclusion The operation performed simply with perfect results is an ideal orthormophia of the concealed penis.
