摘  要:介绍杭州湾跨海大桥承台施工中钢套箱模板的受力分析与工程应用情况。通过三维有限元软件的结构计算,并结合现场施工的特点,对钢套箱结构采取了工艺改进措施。在保证施工期安全性的同时,改善了钢套箱各构件的受力状况,减小了钢套箱的用钢量,提高了钢套箱模板的周转效率。The stress analysis and project application for formwork of steel telescopic caisson in platform construction of Hangzhou Bay Bridge are presented. By three-dimensional finite element analysis and combining field construction feature, technology improvement measures for steel telescopic caisson structure were taken, through which, not only the security during construction period was guaranteed, but also the stress condition of all members of the steel telescopic caisson was improved, steel consumption reduced, and the turnover efficiency of formwork of steel telescopic caissons raised.
