镇咳滴丸成型工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:确定镇咳滴丸的最佳成型工艺。方法:采用正交试验法进行工艺优化。结果:工艺条件为镇咳提取物:PEG4000(1:2．5),药液温度为(80±2)℃,冷却液温度为0～10℃,滴距为8cm。结论:该工艺合理,简便。Objective： To establish the optimized moulding technics for Zhenke Drop Pills. Methods： We used Orthogonal test to select the best technology. Results： The optimum conditions were established： extract of Zhrnke： PEG4000 （ 1：2. 5 ）, the Drug temperature （ 80±2）℃, the colum （0 - 10% ） and the dropping destance 8cm. Conclusion： The preparation techmnology is reasonable, simple and convient.
