摘　　要：介绍了漂白工段在制浆造纸工业中的重要性及其工艺流程,针对漂白工段碱化塔复杂的工艺特性,采用多模态控制算法实现对塔温的优化控制,同时给出了基于西门子S7-400控制系统的硬件结构及系统配置。This paper introduces the importance and the bleaching techniques of the working procedure of bleaching in paper making industry. Considering the complex characteristics of the working procedure of bleaching, we adopt a multi-mode control arithmetic to realize the optimization control of the towers temperature. At the same time we also present the structure and hardware disposition based on SIMATIC S7-400 PLC control system.
