摘　　要：胞饮突是重要的子宫内膜接受性形态学方面的标志物,出现在植入窗期子宫内膜上皮细胞表面,与已知的其他子宫内膜接受性标志物出现的时机一致。孕酮刺激胞饮突的出现与成熟,雌二醇导致其萎缩。研究胞饮突的变化为体外受精(IVF)治疗、不明原因不育、反复自然流产的研究提供了新的思路。Pinopodes are the important morphologic marker of endometrial receptivity. Similar to the other markers, their appearance on the surface of endometrium takes place during the implantation window. Pinopode is supported by progesterone while estrogen leads to its regression. The research on pinopodes may provide new insight into the problems in IVF and the diseases such as unexplained infertility and unexplained recurrent miscarriage.
