摘　　要：目的:筛选抗敏止痒乳膏处方中最佳药物用量。方法:采用正交试验法考察不同处方制备的抗敏止痒乳膏治疗瘙痒性皮肤病的疗效,考察数据设计最佳处方。结果:抗敏止痒乳膏的处方为每1000 g乳膏中含盐酸利多卡因20 g,马来酸氯苯那敏5 g,冰片20 g,氯霉素10 g。结论:该处方设计合理,制备的抗敏止痒乳膏治疗瘙痒性皮肤病临床疗效良好。Objective：To choose the best formula for anti-allergic and relieving itching cream.Methods：Or- thogonal experiment to test four different combinations was used for studying the clinical effects of different formu-la to treat itching skin disease.The best formula was designed according to the result of this study.Results： Theformula is lidocaine 20 g,chlorpheniramine maleate 5 g,bomeol 20 g, chlormycetin 10 g per lO00g cream.Conclusion： The design of the formula is reasonable and have good clinical effect to treat itching skin disease.
